Evaluation of flute education at high schools of fine arts and sport according to students and teachers point of views

In this research, general situation of flute education is described based on opinions of students, who study flute, and flute teachers of Art and Sports School which are located in Aegean and Mediterranean Regions. As a result of these obtained results, concepts and suggestions are displayed in order to enhance flute education.The data of this research is collected through surveys and source skimming; and processed with statistical methodology.This research states certain characteristics of both students and teachers; and their opinions about flute education, methods that are used in flute education, and inconvenience of flute education. Moreover, propositions of these students and teachers for improving flute education are displayed.
