Trabzon according to shari?a register of the period H.1064?1065 (1654?1655 ad)

This thesis is named as Trabzon according to Shari?a Register of the period H.1064?1065 (1654?1655 AD) has been prepared on the basis of Trabzon Shari?a Register numbered,1834. The study is composed of two parts with the exception of introduction and conclusion. In the introduction; the city of Trabzon whose history goes BC 5000 through 18th century has been explained by the main headings, then the studies which are composed of Trabzon history and the main source of this thesis shari?a register have been evaluated.The data in the shari?a register enables to get idea about the state network and social history. Because of that in the first part of the study, the physical and administrative structure have been analysed between 1654-1655 according to the data of the shari?a register of the Trabzon city took part in Northeast and left hand direction of Ottoman country. In this part administrative attendants have been introduced one by one, also the religion, trade and social constructions evaluated in terms of architectural and functionally. In the second part the city?s society have been evaluated in terms of social structure and economy. In this part by the evaluation of the social and family strucure of the period in Trabzon this thesis tried to obtain some clues about the society?s daily life.
