Abstract (EN)
The study shown transcription and assessment shari'ah register of regin of Harput dated 1658-1659 A Qadi in Ottoman Empire was a public offical who was oppinted by central administrative and responsible for he implementation of Islamic religious and administrative juctice. They used to serve as a civilion authority local administrator and higher security director in subdistricts called kaza for a certain period of time. As a primarly in the study and giving information saboutin stitution of gadiness in the Ottoman Empire shari'ah record shari'ah record and after that are going to summarizing the document of there gisterand then would maket o class ifinedand the general assessment as a result. Acording to give it a place in transcription of text. In the our work, the record concerning purchase and sale deptregistration partion of in hertance appointment of guardian ship, grant, alimony, tax, roobbey, libel, besides Harput and goverment of state how reacted on thisevent because of theact of bandityare accured.
