This time, Ottoman Empire had been many chances to catch West and East cultures, synthesis and also society and literature had been affectivated. Halet Bey's works of poetry, newspaper, history and theatre give us many ideas about 19 th Century society of Ottoman Empire. He was the very important poet in 19 th Century about Ottoman Empire's society. As we ment it before he had many works of Classical Turkish Poetry but, also he had affectivated western culture's poetric soul as Ottoman Empire society.
