In thıs thesis studies it shows the relation between pharmacist and patient. It shows the effect of patient trust on pharmacy by loyalty, satisfaction and confidence.The most important thing in health service is that physical and impaired mental healt problems and they called them patients.Pharmacist is the advisor of the society in medicine and health they are important in occupation groups for public accesibility training and in experience . The aim of this work is to search and study about the perceptional level between patients and pharmacist customer statisfaction ,loyalt and confidence and including the relation to impact positively firs litetature review research is done about the perception level relation ,loyalty and confidence about the research three hundred twenty surveys has done in Kahramanmaraş on patients and three hundre three surveys have taken into consideration thev surveys have analized in spss program and the result Show that celation between pharmacists and customers about statisfaction ,loyalty and confidence impact positively.
