Abstract (EN)
Indicators of the level of development of society and the law on the rights of states advanced levels of society are accepted as proof of the arrival of a prosperous place. A further aspect of the development level of the health. A 'Law regulating the rights of patients and health care services to patients' right, so to speak, these two levels is the cornerstone of the development. In an age in which the world of technological advances, such as the inside of a house you need to know the boundaries of private life . Especially in individuals who are desperate to remain in the patient to be higher than these limits. Starting with the laws of Hammurabi on patients' rights legislation, recent years due to the proliferation of information -age communication facilities is an issue constantly updated. Patient rights, privacy and confidentiality of private life remain important issues and solutions related to the problem. Re- interpretation of these issues should be explored in a global world. Descriptions of the concept of the rights and patients' rights in developing legal systems, privacy issues are among the topics being constantly renewed.
