The impact of learning orientation on the empotayce motivation and firm performance in the hospitals

Living conditions changing by rapidly developping technologies entail improving institutions together with humans and making them improved. Institutions composing of individuals who pursue innovations and improvements by thinking that their achievements in future will be better than their works in the past will be all along succesful. Humans who pursue knowledge are the ones who know how managing time and make investment in future. The institutions which work the principles of human resources in order to keep up with time and space will be in leadership position in competition conditions all along with their employees unsatiable for education. By this thesis study effect degree of the healtcare personnel on the common performance that they display in the institution has been researched. The benefit that giving by this effect on individual and the institution and quality in serviice have also been researched in this study. Learning in the health care institutions, which are slowly privatizing, has obtaing great importance in all aspects. By this emprical resarch 250 survey questions have been posed to the healthcare personel working in three state hospitals in the Kocaeli province and they havee been analyzed.In the end of the research it has been observed that there is a meaningful correlation except for unorthodoxy among the sub dimensions of healthcare employees? learning tendency (dependency on learning, shared vision, unorthodoxy) and the sub dimensions of motivation (internal motivation, external motivation) and organizational performance. There is a also meaningful correlation between the internal motivation which is sub dimension of motivation and organizational performance.
