Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of Hatha Yoga Exercises on Flexibility, Posture Disorder and Quality of Life in Women Working Desk. In this study, pre-measurement and final measurements of pre-and post-Hatha Yoga exercises of 30 randomly selected 30 women aged between 30-55 years who participated in 12 week Hatha Yoga exercise program were analyzed.From the two groups to the experimental group only, the hatha yoga exercises were carried out 75 min twice a week for 12 weeks. No physical activity was applied to the control group and they continued their normal lives. As a result of our study, flexibility and posture of 15 women working at a desk were p = 0.0001 <0.05, according to the results of modified Schober test measurements. There was a statistically significant difference in the level, but there was no significant difference in both measurements in the control group.Experimental group, SF-36 sub-dimensions, as a result of the pre-test and post-test comparison, Energy vitality sub-dimension p = 0.026 <0.05, Physical function sub-dimension p = 0.050 <0.10 alpha 10% according to, General health sub-dimensions there was a significant difference in size compared to p = 0.089 <0.10 alpha 10%. However, there was no difference between the sub-dimensions of the control group SF-36 Quality of life form 8. According to the FMS test measurement, the average rank of the experimental group is higher than the average rank of the control group compared to the final test measurements.FMS right total value p = 0.00001 <0.05, FMS Left total value is higher in yoga. p = 0.00001 <0.05.
