Abstract (EN)
In the aviation industry, where intense competition is experienced globally, the importance of the employee factor increases day by day. In Turkey, especially after the introduction to liberalization during 2003, air transportation reached a level that can be used by everyone. This actual situation reveals the need for integration with the employees in terms of aviation enterprises. Factors such as intense competition, high performance and efficiency expectations, time pressure and high workload may cause excessive stress and subsequently the burnout on the employee. Thus, employees' loyalty to their Organizations decreases over time. The primary purpose of aviation companies should be to protect the health of employees and increase their loyalty to the organization they work in. Accordingly, a total of 179 people work in aviation sector enterprises are surveyed. The data obtained from questionnaires are analyzed in the SPPS 22.0 program and the results are evaluated. The study consists of five chapters. In the first part, the literature review, in the second part, the concepts of stress and work stress, in the third part, burnout, and ın the fourth part, organizational commitment. In the fifth section, the effects of these factors on organizational commitment on employees are evaluated.
