Hekim Ismail Pasha and Risale-i Cholera

With the agricultural revolution, humanity's sedentary life and living in large masses provided advantages. However, in addition to these advantages, people have started to become more involved with epidemic diseases and have triggered processes that will deeply affect the history of humanity. With the Covid-19 pandemic, which was seen in 2019 and was effective all over the world at the beginning of 2020, we have once again seen how vulnerable we are to diseases. In our study, we have translated and evaluated Ismail Pasha, epidemic diseases and finally the second cholera risale on the Ottoman history written by Ismail Pasha.In the Cholera Treatise, information is given in many areas such as the origins, spread areas, symptoms and treatments of cholera.
