Snowball sampling method was chosen as the sampling method, the data were collected online through online social media platforms between April and May 2023. The Personal Information Form and the Draft Scale For The Future of Nursing developed by the researcher were used as data collection tools. The validity and reliability analysis of the draft scale prepared by the researchers after a literature review and designed as 55 items as a result of expert opinion and pilot study were conducted. According to the analysis results; a two-factor, total variance ratio of 50.6%, providing the fit index values after confirmatory factor analysis and Cronbach's Alpha coefficent as 0.938 was obtained. The sub-dimensions of the scale are names as 'Perception of Professional Value' and 'Perception of Professional Change and Development'. As a result, it has been determined that the "Perception Scale for the Future of Nursing" can be used as a valid and reliable measurement tool.
