Managerial and organizational problems in nursing services: Pamukkale University, the Center of Health, Research and Application

One of the basic building blocks of the importance of holistic health services and community health services by increasing the quality of life in today's society demands are nursing services. The purpose of this research is fix managerial and organizational problems and develops solutions for these, effective and efficiently in order to ensure health services presentation. Especially (particularly) this is in part related of health professionals who work are include in the professional knowledge and experience. Historical method and it is benefited from literature screening technique in this study. 57 questions survey application was used for the detection of managerial and organizational problems in Pamukkale University Medical Research and Application Center. The reliability coefficient of the survey application was found to be 0,818. Arithmetic mean, percentage test and t-test were used 268 people applied to the survey. Result of research; young people, single people, people with low education and short length of service of the organizational problems have been observed that other people. While the organization's targets determine, the consultation of the employees, determination of teamwork and ensuring healthy communication network have been shown to inhibit the formation of managerial and organizational problems.
