Abstract (EN)
In this paper, The Red Crescent Association which bears the speciality of being both national and international association and the foundation and development of Kütahya The Red Crescent which was the first and among the important branches have been examined. In addition to this, services that provided by them against diseases, famine and disasters have also been examined. Information about The Kütahya Branch of The Red Crescent has been given in the paper which was based on the time period between 1923 and 1950, when the republican regime was started.
