Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to determine the mediating role of work engagement in the effect of servant leadership on innovative work behavior has been investigated. For this purpase, data were collected from 662 emplayees of production enterprises in Kahramanmaraş pravince by means of a questionnaire. Confirmatory factor analysis was performed in the analysis of the data, correlations between the variables were determined, and structural equation and goodness of fit tests of the model and regression analysis were performed.. In the analyses, it was determined that servant leadership had a significant positive effect on work engagement and innovative work behavivor As a result of mediating analysis, work engagament was found to have a partial mediator role in the relationship between servant leadership and İnnovative work behavivor.
