Social and legal perspective: Advocacy

The subject of thesis is detailed survey of advocacy profession. Advocacy, difficult and arduous proffession, can be done after the law faculty education then internship qualification and reciveing the advocacy licence. People to deal with them very difficult in all areas as well as very difficult in field of law. If the subjective jugments are thought to be very variable, difficulty of proffession can be understood. The purpose of every human ?in unbearable frailness of existing? to survive, to demand justice and to struggle when faced with unjustice. The importance of proffession of advocacy must be examined in this process. The lawyers? road map,attention to what, personal demands and desires are important in which avaible conditions. Personal desires, happinnes and tranquility are very important in the Professional success. The advocacy is a lifestyle. The thesis is comprise three chapter and a conclusion. In first chapter the history of advocacy proffession, in second chapter legal conditions of the advocacy profession, working area, qualifications, in four chapter the survey?s history in legal dimension and the perspective in historical periods are examined. At the conclusion of master thesis is avealuating survey which conducted on fifty lawyers. In survey work, Professional seniority, lawyer?s request based on a subjective assessment and ideals, the influence of environmental factors in the selection of the profession, The alteration of ideals and goals in time along with judgements are questions for Professional success in Professional performance and unity of personal desires and ideals are examined. In this survey work: it Focused on the advocacy profession and examined happy, successful and idealist lawyer.
