تفسيُر آياتِ الأحكامِ للجصّاص والكيا الهراسي-دراسة مقارنة-سورة المائدة نموذجاً

Researcher concerning his thesis asserted in summary; By investigating the lives of both imams separately, on the comparison of the commentaries of two esteemed imams named Al-Jassas Al Hanafi and Al-Kaya Al Harasi Al Shafii on the commentaries of Maide Surah, By stating their beliefs, scientific status, sheikhs, students and their scientific traces, then, by comparing the two interpretations, by describing their interpretations and the methods they used in the interpretation, referred to the significance of his books and the results obtained. Thereafter the researcher, darting into the heart of the matter as humanly possible discussed the comparison between the two books through the verses regarding the commands in Maide Surah. Due to the multitude of verses related to the provisions in the Surah, the researcher has chosen five different topics, inspired by the quotations taken by the exegetes from the Surah concerning the jurisprudence. The researcher mentioned the words of each imam separately, thereafter, he included the words of different imams of their own religious cult together with them in order to complete the frame in the eyes of the reader. The researcher expressed and referred to the preference and predominant opinion according to the authentic hadiths transmitted by reliable imams and the words of scholars and also stated the hadiths related to the subjects he mentioned. The researcher concluded that research should be done on the contents of both interpretation books. Due to the fact that the books and especially the Al-Jassas Interpretation book contain too many jurisprudence views and many reactions to those who oppose it by sect, there is a need for summarization. Al-Kaya Al Harasi tafsir book, on the other hand, needs to be researched due to the fact that the hadiths it presents to be baseless. Because the exegete was contended with only mentioning the name of the book in which the hadith is found, without mentioning the number and page of the hadith.
