Abstract (EN)

Innovations in services and products provide new added value to the enterprise and economy while supporting the development of the sectors. Service innovation performance, especially in the service sector, is the break point of many businesses. Organizational factors, which trigger innovation and intrapreneurship can be an effective tool to improve service innovation performance. The purpose of this research is to test the effect of intrapreneurship and organizational factors on service innovation performance with structural equation modelling. As a result of the analysis, it was seen that there was a model fit. According to the results of the analysis, one unit increase in intrapreneurship results in 0.83 units increase in service innovation performance. While the direct effect of organizational factors on service innovation performance was measured as 0.25 points, it was determined that there was an indirect effect at the level of 0.64 with the mediation of intrapreneurship. Accordingly, one unit increase in the level of organizational factors provides an increase of 0.89 units (total impact) in the level of service innovation performance through intrapreneurship. In addition, intrapreneurship and service innovation performance scores of hospital employees according to occupational and demographic variables were investigated. As a result, the service innovation performance level will be high in the center which has a high intrapreneurship tendency in a structure where employees are supported organizationally. Taking into account the differences arising from professional and personal characteristics, with the efforts to increase the performance of intrapreneurship and service innovation, more efficient and effective use of resources will be ensured.
