Administrative judicial case friendship

In administrative jurisdiction law, as a rule, a separate lawsuit is brought against each administrative procedure. However, sometimes it is possible to sue together, although it is not mandatory, due to the existence of certain conditions specified in the legislation and the judicial economy. In cases where ownership is involved in case of participation, such as inheritance partnership ordinary partnership, there is compulsory lawsuit friendship arising from the nature of the partnership. In the first part of our study, it is made what this concept is and how it is compared with similar concepts in the legal procedure. In the second part, the discretionary and obligatory aspects of litigation are examined in the cancellation of individual and regulatory transactions. In addition, cases where fellowship is possible are filed under the title of active and passive fellowship. Likewise, in full jurisdictions and tax cases, companionship is subject to compulsory, discretionary and active and passive assessments. While examining these titles, while the process of competence, hostility, filing a lawsuit with the same petition and the proceeding process is continuing, the personality changes of the parties are also subject to the study due to their relevance. Finally, in the third chapter, the case of law enforcement is discussed in the legal remedies stage with its latest changes. As a result, although it was not mentioned in the law, it was concluded that there was discretionary and compulsory lawsuit friendship in administrative jurisdiction law. However, it cannot be said to correspond exactly with the legal proceedings. This can be said to be the result of the nature of administrative jurisdiction law and the administration being one of the parties to the case.
