Abstract (EN)

This study aims to comparatively examine the structure of verbals in Bosnian and Macedonian, both of which belong to the South Slavic language group. The research first focuses on the historical development and classification of the Slavic languages, followed by an overview of the fundamental grammatical features of both Bosnian and Macedonian. In the final and main section, the topic of verbals is explored in detail, explaining the morphological formation and conjugation patterns of verbal forms in both languages. The affixes used to derive these forms and the types of verbs from which they originate are also clarified. In doing so, the study reveals the similarities and differences between the verbal systems of Bosnian and Macedonian.
