Abstract (EN)
Recently, companies have to revise themselves continuously and adapt to developments in order to respond to expectations of the customers because of increasing race and developing technology conditions. Modern management mentality forces the whole company to be based on the customer needs. The companies have been obliged to focus on the request of the customers, form its strategies according to this and develop new techniques and methods and understood the importance of being partner with the customers. One of these days the concept of quality is used by institutions which want to provide advantages in the intensive competition atmosphere epidemically. Beside the manufacturing sector service sector has adopted the Total Quality Management rapidly and started to apply too.It is known reality that satisfying customer is very diffıcult If people give a price for this subject it gets more difficult. It gets harder for purchaser. Because of this it is expected more giving service by purchaser .Based on all of them probability of customer satisfaction and customer complaint showed that the trial had been finished with result and proposal.Keys Words: 1) Total Quality Management 2) Quality 3) Customer 4) Customer Satisfaction
