Considering the economic and financial structure of ancient civilizations in Mesopotamia, Ancient Egypt, Anatolia, Iran, Aegean, Eastern Mediterranean and Far East; It can be stated that the foundations of some of the current economic theories have been put forward in the living economies of these periods and the transition of the economy, money, tools, goods and technology of that period has been provided by the influence of invasive civilizations. It is seen that the expansionist policies of the primeval states based on wars and depletion of the resources of other states caused scarcity, economic and financial collapse in almost all societies.and the collapse of the civilizations. From this point of view, by taking lessons from the wrong economic, financial and political policies of Ancient Civilizations, the measures that should be taken and the issues that should be taken into consideration in order to move forward in the stage of civilization in today's societies have been evaluated.
