The effect of parent I. stage primary administrator to ensure the satisfaction

The main purpose of this study is to define the effect of manager providing the pleasure of parents belong the 1st step of elementary education. With this purpose; in defining the degrees of school pleasure of parents, it is studied if there is an effect of manager attitudes or not. Consequently, the effect of manager is inquired to provide the pleasure of parents. In this study, the sources and the data related to the inquired subject are closely examinedThe working group of this research consists of the parents belong to the 4th and 5th classes of elementary schools in Beyoglu in Istanbul within the period of 2011-2012 education semester. To collect data, survey which is made up by researcher is profited and consistency is calculated with the SPSS program ( Cronbach Alpha Coefficients) for reliability of data.Frequency and percentage calculations are done to solve the personal characteristics of parents. To provide the pleasure of parents with the aim of defining the effect of manager, to test the different opinions of the group inserted to the research, 35 expressions are presented to tested people. For this analyze with One-Way Variance Analysis and Independent Group T Test and Scheffe Test as collateral Post Hoc Technique are applied and results are evaluated.As a result of analysis;1- According to the parameters of sex, age, educational background, service period from school, in the answers of parents significant differences has appeared.2- To measure the effect of manager the arithmetic average of answers of parents who belong to the 1st step of elementary education is most of time 3,23 level.Key Words: Continuous Improvement And Development, Parents?
