An examination about self-disclosure skills of elementary school directors

In this thesis, there is an examination related with self-disclosure skills of elementary school directors. Self-disclosure, that is the one of the most important component of communication, came up with the elementary school directors which are the most important elements of the management staff that loomed large in education. Also, communication, which is the most basic requirement, has been associated with the communication of director-teacher communication in education, coming up in detail.For an effective school education, first of all, having an effective communication skill is necessary for the school directors. Teacher, student and school staff will be following this. The basic subject of this thesis is the school director?s self disclosure skill, which is the most important point to get accross effectively. Besides, the methods, benefits and deficits of self-disclosure are mentioned in this thesis. The relation between directors and teachers must be orientated to fill a need on both sides. The most healthful way that orientated to eliminate middle problems, is the self-disclosure of the school directors, especially to the teachers. Mutual disclosure makes a confidence atmosfhere and naturally education comes to a climax.In this thesis, elemantary school directors are tested about how can disclose themselves to the teachers and how can perform the self disclosue attitudes. For this, source searching, questionnaire and interview methods are used. Achieved verities are examined by using SPSS method.
