The contribution of primary education investigators to the profesional developments of teachers

In Ministery of National Education?s (MNE) Control Committee Regulations (1993), duties of investigators are expressed as researching and investigating the measures which are needed for training of students according to the determined purposes, determining mistakes and deficiencies in education, making resarch, raising teachers? morale and the degree of dependence to organisation.It is explained in (MNE) Regulations of Primary Education Investigators Committee (1990) that the duties, authority and responsibilities of primary education investigators are guidance and training at profession, control and evaluation, investigation and inquiry.Inspection can also be defined as process of control and observation which are fulfilled by authorised people in order to see whether the works are achieved properly to the present rules or not at the public setor or corporate institutions. Inspection is a process which contains all the duties of guidance and Professional aid that are provided by the investigators or experts in order to increase output of the educational activities.In this research the answers have been sought the questions in order to determine the contributions of teachers to their professional development according to the views of investigators, administrators, and teachers of primary education schools. In this research, it is inquired by scanning literature before the questionnaire to find out in which developmental areas teachers firstly need the professional aid of investigators. After scanning literature, the questionnaire on the areas which make contribution to teachers? professional development has been formed. These questionnaire have been carried out to 240 administrators and teachers in different schools of three counties in İstanbul.According to the finding, commentary and result of this work, many suggestions have been progressed.
