Investigation of the relationship between the emotional intelligence levels and mobbing the primary school teachers face in schools

The aim of this research is to present the relationship between mobbing and level of emotional intelligence of the teachers that work at primary school. The research consists of some teachers who work at schools in Şahinbey and Şehitkamil towns in Gaziantep. Examples of the research consist of randomly choosen 357 teachers that work at these schools. Datas at the research is acquired by Bar-on Emotional Intelligence scale and mobbing scale. Datas of this research are tested tecnique of ANOVA. In conclusion of statistical analysis there is a meaningful effect between mobbing and branch factor. According to this conclusion, branch teachers have higher sense of mobbing than class teacher. Mobbing scale insultment lower level points of teachers differ from according to emotional intelligence. The person whose emotional intelligence is higher has higher mobbing sense than the person who has low or medium emotional intelligence. Teachers? mobbing scale sexual abuse lower level points differ from according to seniority. Teachers? mobbing scale communication abstacles lower level points differ from according to emotional intelligence. According to this, when the emotional intelligence level of teachers gets higher, it is said that they are exposed to mobbing scale communication abstacles lower level too much. Teachers? mobbing scale communication abstacles lower level points differ from according to branch. Accordingly, it is said that branch teachers have higher sense about mobbing scale communication abstacles lower level points than class teachers.
