Abstract (EN)
The organizational identification scale, organizational adherence scale and organizational citizenship behavior scale, which comprise such features as the degree of assimilation of individual and organizational values, the wish to work and stay in the establishment and extra role behaviors, are influenced by various factors. The demographic features of the individuals are also one of these factors. The pride of the employees and their adherence to their establishment affect positively both the establishment and employees. The aim of this survey is to analyze whether there is a significant discrepancy in the organizational identification scale, organizational adherence scale and organizational citizenship behavior scale of the primary school teachers according to their demographic (status, age, term of employment in the establishment, sex, marital status, total length of service) features. In the same way 3 scales were applied to 270 primary school teachers from 11 distinct public schools included in the work group. These scales are the organizational identification scale, organizational adherence scale and organizational citizenship scale. There is a separate section, where details of demographic features of the participants are included fort he applied scale.Significant relationship is found in some points of the organizational identification scale, organizational adherence scale, organizational citizenship scale and demographic features, included in the survey and it is interpreted in the thesis. According to the survey, there is a significant discrepancy between the status of the teachers and their organizational adherence. Thus school principals have a greater organizational adherence than auxiliary principals and teachers. Again there is a significant discrepancy in the organizational adherence of the sexes. It is observed that male teachers have a higher organizational adherence than female teachers. The relationship between the organizational identification scale, organizational adherence scale, organizational citizenship behavior scale was analyzed in our survey and a positive relation, which is not strong was observed. The findings obtained are interpreted in the thesis.
