The organizational identification scale, organizational adherence scale and organizational citizenship behavior scale, which comprise such features as the degree of assimilation of individual and organizational values, the wish to work and stay in the establishment and extra role behaviors, are influenced by various factors. The demographic features of the individuals are also one of these factors.
