Abstract (EN)
The importance of communication in school stems from the fact that education is based on communication. Education is a mutual and interactive process. The means of interaction is communication. Therefore, communicational process in the school is a basic requirement for both the management and education.Communication is necessary, not only in the school, but also for the efficiency of the school management. While managers expect the best performance from their subordinates, the subordinates expect and demand good management from their managers. The better the quality of communication between the principal and the teachers is, the fewer problems between superordinates and subordinates occur, and the more productivity will be expected from education.
