Relation between teachers views on communication abilities of primary school managers and organizational confidence level of teachers (Uşak province case)

This work has been done to determine the relation between teachers views related to the communication abilities of primary school managers and organizational confidence level of teachers in Uşak.The research has been realized with 297 teachers working at the primary schools of Uşak in the education teaching year of 2011-2012.Data have been collected by the means of personal information forms, communication proficiency scale and organizational confidence scale at schools.Data obtained from data collecting instruments have been analysed by means of SPSS 17.0 Statistics packet programme at the computer.Frequency and percentage statistics have been used to determine the demographic qualities of participants,average and standart deviation statistics have been used to determine the perception of communication abilities and organizational confidence levels. Mann Whitney U and Kruskal Whallis H tests have been used to examine the perception of communication abilities according to teachers demographic qualities and differentiation of organizational confidence levels.Correlation analysis have been used to determine the relation between the teachers views about communication proficiency about school managers and organizational confidence levels.As a result of research, the more the school managers understanding empathy and social contentment communication abilities increase the more the level of confidence of teachers to their organization Key words: Communication, communication proficiency, confidence,organizational confidence, teacher,school manager
