The school based difficulties that the primary school administrators face

This work aims to determine the school based difficulties that the primary school administrators face in some some districts of İstanbul like Beykoz, Çekmeköy and Sancaktepe.The samples of this work obtained from 130 primary school administrators who worked in Beykoz, Çekmeköy and Sancaktepe some of the districts of İstanbul in 2011-2012Education year. İn this research, Administrator Survey is used to collect the datum. The gathered datums are all analized in the SPSS-15 statistics programme with available statistic techniques.The arithmetical means and the Standard deviations of the sub-factors in the survey are all identified to find the school ?based obstacles that the administrators face.The results of the survey are also tested according to the obstacles that the administrators face like gender, age , marital status, task period, the number of the administrators and the annul income of the schools. As a result of the tests , while in some demographic variations between the sub-groups, it is determined that there is a meaningful differences ( p<.05) but in some other variations no meaningful differences could be found.The obstacles that the administrators face are all gathered under the four main topics. They are : personnel , general and administrative services, school budget and physical obstacles.As a result, the findings are discussed and some suggestions have been made.KEY WORDS: Education Managements and School Administrator
