The influence of the primary education administrators personal and organizational worthy accommodation on the dedicating and estrangement

The aim of this study is to determine the influence of the primary education administrators personal and organizational worthy accommodation on the dedicating and estrangement in Afyonkarahisar in 2008-2009 Education and Teaching Year.The primary education administrators that works in Afyonkarahisar are the universe of this investigation. In this study Yücel?s Value Scale, Yücel?s Institutional Estrangement Scale and Yücel?s Institutional Faithfulness Scale is used. The data which are collected from public survey are analyzed by factor analyzing, correlation and regression.According to the results, personal development, has the most importance on the adminitrators. Body functionalism, increasing and improvement values have low importance on the administrators.The most supported values by the association are making influence, being effective, helping other and personal development. Independence, autonomy and body functionalism are the lower supported values by the association.On the administrators? personal and organizational worthy accommodation, there is adaptation amaong making influence-being effective and friendship. There is no adaptation among the other values.On the values of the primary education administrators, there is positive relationship between friendship, making influence, being effective, being accaptable and realized, working place, economic confidence, help in each other, rising at work, to giving importance to improvement and dedicating to the association.At the same time, there is also positive relationship among the supporting degree of independence and autonomy, the supporting degree of body functionalism, the supporting degree of work variation, the degree of being acceptable and realized, the degree of adressing working place, the supporting degree of helping each other, the degree of increasing and improving by the working environment and dedicating yourself to the association.
