Abstract (EN)
This is a descriptive study on how administrative effectiveness works in providing the effectiveness of classroom management with a scanning model. In order to fulfill the purpose of this study dominant-non-dominant pattern is used in scanning model from method variation. This study was applied with 287 teachers and 11 administrators who worked in Çanakkale in October, November, and December of 2012.Both qualitative and quantitative data collection tools were used in this study.
