The roles of director in the cooperation of parents-students in primary education

To supply the necessity of a person and to get ready to social life depends on the family. Family deal with to educate and improve their child since they born. That is shared with school when the child started education and responsibility increases. Especially it is known that primary school is the most critical term for children development. Family, teachers and the directors of school have important mission for the development of children in a whole. Families struggle to supply the child?s necessities and teachers struggle to get behaviour in education. In that instance directors have to prepare possibilities and have to do various working for the coordination of parents with school. Like said before, the people around a person are responsible to the development of the person.In this study, the primary role of managers in the parent-school cooperation in the development by several variables intended to reveal. To this end, Job, Gaziosmanpaşa, Esenler, Bayrampaşa, Fatih, and adheres to National Education Directorate Bahcelievler district primary school children in continuing education and research as a participant accidental data were collected over a total 357 parents..
