The external moti̇vati̇on quali̇fi̇coti̇ons of the pri̇mary and secondary school managers i̇n i̇mprovi̇ng the success of teachers

A survey has been developed under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Semra ÜNAL to be applied to the teachers. This developed survey has been applied to 620 randomly selected primary and secondary school teachers in the educational term of 2012-2013 in İstanbul's Avcılar, Küçükçekmece and Başakşehir districts. The datas collected from the survey are evaluated by the SPSS 22.0 program has given some results and findings. We have tried to give some recommendations based on these results. In the first part of the research problem situation, problem sentence, sub-problems, hypotheses, importance of the research, assumptions, limitations and definitions take place. In the second part of the research motivation concept, formation process of motivation, purpose and importance of the research, types of motivation, the benefits of motivation, theories of motivation, motivational tools, management concept, management theories, the concept of educational administiration, school management, primary schools, the cause and significance of the presence of primary schools, the purpose of primary schools, educational leadership and school management, the responsibilities of school administirators, characteristics of school administirators, the duties and powers of school principals take place. In the third part of research methods are discussed. The population and sample used in the research, studies related to the collection of data, the statistical techniques used in the processing of data and analysis are described. In the fourth part of research movement frequency and percentage distribution tables created from the questionnaire responses, independent group test tables, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) tables and complementary Lenene'se PostHocScheffe and Tamhane test tables with the findings obtained from this table take place. Discussion of the results are given in the fifth chapter. In a study in which it is given in the sixth chapter is based on the findings of the conclusions reached.
