Abstract (EN)

Most of the vitally important parts that have entered our daily lives are produced from plastic materials. With volume molding, which constitutes an industrial enterprise in itself, many parts in desired shapes and sizes are produced from plastic materials, light metals and steel materials. These parts are rapidly filling a huge gap in the kitchenware, electrical, electronics, automotive and machinery industries. Polymer materials are widely used in the industry due to the ease of use and processing they provide. The most common shaping process used in the processing of polymer materials is plastic injection technology. Plastic injection products appear in every field we can think of. The process that we encounter in such a wide area needs to be discussed in detail and investigated until optimum data is obtained and maximum results are achieved. In this thesis, the production stages of the plastic injection field with the in-mould labeling method, which is mainly used in the food sector, which is not widely cited in the literature, are discussed. The purpose of this study will be to calculate the processes of the in-mould labeling method, examine the production stages of the method, and then make energy analyzes that can be made in these processes and convey the improvements to be made.
