Research of inks used in inkjet digital printing technologyand personal applications

In the first part, detailed information is given about the industrial dimension of ceramics, the ceramic industry and the ceramic tile industry. In the second part, general information about the definition and history of printing is given. Printing techniques used in the field of ceramic art are explained. Information is given on the inkjet printing technology used on the tile surface in the ceramic industry, the inkjet method, the use of inkjet in the ceramic tile industry, its history and working principles. In addition, inkjet printing on tiles and tableware products is explained, and detailed information about design, color management, inks, effects and printing machines is included. In the third part, it is aimed to understand and reinforce the subject with my personal applications with the inkjet printing technique. In the fourth chapter, the starting points, system and objectives of the projects carried out within the scope of the thesis studies are stated. In addition, the designer's production elements and the effects of ink jet inks on the ceramic industry are interpreted. In conclusion chapter, the effects of digital printing technology in the ceramic industry were examined and this technology was analyzed in terms of producer, designer and product aspects.
