The levels of to be ready for change of primary schools (Uşak city sample)

This investigation aims to determine the level of to be ready to change/renovation in the dimensions of. Uşak city Government Primary schools, teachers, school managers, schools? substructure and parents according to the teachers? point of view.The investigation area includes primary school teachers working in Uşak city centre and five counties of Uşak. There are 66 government primary schools in the area of investigation. In these government primary schools 1669 teachers work. The number of teachers that will take place in the sample has been determined as 255 as a representative of these. ?The personel information form? and ?The criterion of to be ready for change of primary schools? developed by Helvacı and Kıcıroğlu (2010) has been applied to teachers in the sample. Datas are evaluated in the SPSS 11.5 package programme.T-test has been applied to determine whether the level of competence in the dimension of to be ready in primary schools is different between the sexes according to the teachers.The investigation findings show that according to the teachers in the extension of to be ready for change of primary schools, in the dimension of to be ready for change of teachers is ?medium? level, in the dimension of to be ready for change of schools manager is ?medium? level, in the dimension of to be ready for change of school substructure is ?medium? level.Key words: change, to be ready.
