Abstract (EN)
Staff productivity and using human power has become to an important point in progressively increasing competitive environment in terms of companies. Companies which wants to take the advantage of competition against other companies have to choose the right staff and take maximum efficiency from them. Companies aim at finding out their staff's potential efficiency by evaluating their performances. In this way they ensure company and staff both to reach the target at this point it needed to be put forth clearly, Performance evaluating system's effect on staff efficiency or the success of the companies, it is necessary to provide personnel efficiency. Failure to make performance evaluations correctly and justly will lead to loss of serenity, cost, time and efficiency in terms of companies. In this study, as part of human resource menagement, the impact of the performance evaluation system on staff productivity was tried to be examined.
