Abstract (EN)
As a result of globalization and rapid development of technology, the importance of process management is increasing in enterprises that want to improve their performance. Process Management is an approach that enables continuous and regular monitoring, evaluation, analysis and development of processes in order to better meet the needs and expectations of customers. Active and efficient use of resources enables quick decision-making, prioritizing and managing the process as a transparent whole. Human resource management ensures the correct management of relationships between businesses and employees. Thanks to previous inference human resource management is a form of management that enables more efficient use of human resources and other resources of the enterprise. It provides benefits such as strengthening organizational culture, preventing problems that cannot adapt to change, and increasing individual's commitment to the organization. In this thesis, human resources processes of a company operating in Manisa province are drawn and process improvement studies are conducted.
