In this study, data from 250 high vaginal swaps performed on female patients at Al Karama Hospital and Al-Yarmouk Hospital between July 1, 2022 and October 30, 2022 were gathered and analyzed. the presence of Clue cells in vaginal secretions also serves as persuasive evidence for the presence of G. vaginalis. Out of a total of 200 specimens, 19 (9.5) isolates of G. vaginalis were found with the use of the Vitek 2 Compact. There were only twelve G. vaginalis isolates found out of a total of 100 (50%) specimens that had white secretions and a pH range of 5–6.5. Only 5 (7.4%) of the 68 (34% of the total) specimens had yellow secretions, and G. vaginalis was found in only those with a pH range of 6.0 to 7.0. This indicates that the most common pathogen is G. vaginalis and most of its isolates are biofilm producing (100%), and Pregnant women are most vulnerable to BV than non-pregnant. Meropenem resistance was present in all 19 bacteria isolates (100%). According to the findings, 3/19 (15.8%) were somewhat positive, 13/19 (68.4%) were very positive, and 3/19 (15.8%) were negatively. The results of this study showed that 12/19 (63.2%) isolates of G. vaginalis are highly capable of forming biofilms, 3/19 (15.7%) are somewhat capable of doing so. The results showed that the lowest inhibitory concentration (Sub-MIC) of GO nanomaterials for three of the isolates respectively was 100 g/ml, 125 g/ml, 175 g/ml.
