This study aims to identify the patterns of poetic image in the Iraqi rhythm Poetry and to identify them among the poets: Badr Shakir Al-Sayyab, Nazik Al-Malaika, and Abdul-Wahhab Al-Bayati by reviewing those images in their poems. This study falls within the research that follows the analytical method, and these images were analyzed by relying on references and sources based on extrapolation and analysis of poetic texts .This is what the chapters and sections of this study disclosed according to the divisions presented in the text. (Metaphorical, simile, and metaphor) formed a clear-cut phenomenon in the poems of these poets. In addition to the tendency of sadness and protest that overwhelmed most of their poems due to their political stances.
