Abstract (EN)

Purpose, a questionnaire was prepared, in May of 2011 on the European side of Istanbul, the nurse administered 202 nurses working in the Training and Research Hospitals.The data obtained from questionnaires were analyzed through a computerized statistical program SPSS17.0.Analysis of the data, descriptive characteristics of the nurses and the frequency of determining descriptive statistics, determining the level of value placed on nurses 'organizational commitment and work an average and standard deviation statistics, to the peculiarities of identifying nurses' organizational commitment and differentiation of levels of business value in determining the t test, one-way ANOVA and Tukey tests benefited. Nurses' organizational commitment, and correlation analysis to determine the relationship between levels of business value, levels of organizational commitment levels of business value in determining the level of interference in the regression analysis were used.Of the research, nurses, mid-level organizations, but they are connected to their high level of value to the businesses, the level of organizational commitment and value placed on the descriptive to the peculiarities of their work is varied, with nurses' organizational commitment levels of business value are found to be statistically significant relationshipsIn addition, the nurses' levels of organizational commitment, work values of comfort and security as a positive influence, talent, and growth was found to affect negatively the levels of business value.Keywords: Business Value, Organizational Commitment, Nurse
