Effect of business ethics on job satisfaction example of employees of Gümüşhane public institutions

In developing and globalizing world, the competitive conditions are changing and getting hard with each passing day. In these conditions, organizations should increase job satisfaction's level of their employees and managers to sustain a more successful management and business life against their rivals. In the same way, organizations that take job satisfaction's level into consideration are required to value the business ethics besides increasing job satisfaction in the place of employment. Determination of ethics rules at the place of employment and treating them according to ethical principles will increase the level of job satisfaction in the organization. Organizations which sustain their business life in the comprehension of business ethics will constitute a confidental climate in the organization. A transparent comprehension of management, managers regarding the justice and social medium of employees and their relations' being in the understanding of ethics will make the organization more successful. Searching for ways of increasing the job satisfaction and taking ethical principles into consideration will keep on their way confidently in the globalizing competition round and follow a successful way against their rivals. We will examine the relation between job satisfaction and business ethics in the organization. 223 poll were taken to 12 public institutions in Gumushane and the effect of employees' ethic life and manager's ethical actions at the place of employment on the job satisfaction was researched.
