Abstract (EN)

In the literacy it has seen that there are many studies based on the relationships through job satisfaction, organizational commitment and burnout syndrome are carried out. Most of these studies are examined based on the bilateral relations such as job satisfaction and burnout, job satisfaction and organizational commitment, or vice versa. Differently, aim of this study is to examine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on burnout syndrome of private sector workers. 387 of 577 surveys were gathered to analyze the data. In this study, dependent variable is burn out syndrome and independent variables are job satisfaction and organizational commitment and data was analyzed with regression analysis. As a result, respectively increasing (adjusting) in nature of job, emotional commitment, and salary and fringe benefits, burnout level of individuals decrease. And addition to this, when the lack of communication and uncertainty of job level decrease, individual success level will increase.
