Abstract (EN)
The tourism industry is a labor-intensive industry. For this reason, the good and correct job of the personnel determines the future of the accommodation business. Therefore, the aim of the research is to increase the service capacity of the enterprises by determining how to motivate the personnel better in accommodation enterprises. For this purpose, the short version of the Minnesota Job Satisfaction questionnaire consisting of 20 questions frequently used in the literature and the service orientation questionnaire consisting of 12 questions were used. Quantitative research methods were used in the study. In this direction, 400 questionnaires were conducted to the personnel of the 5-star hotels in Ankara. According to the results, it has been determined that internal job satisfaction affects service disposition more than external job satisfaction. It was determined that job satisfaction differed significantly on gender, department, position and education variables.
