Abstract (EN)
Via globalization, the expectation for health personals who are working in health sector has begun to be increased. Since health services have begun to be more intense in terms of rivalry because of the private health institutions; workers in health sector have to work with a high degree of stress and hardness. Accordingly, employers in health sector have aimed to supply a happy, warm and satisfied working environment for health personals. The aim of this study is to find out the effect of work life quality on the intention of leaving job for nurses who are the keystones of health services. In this study, the answers of nurses who have different demographic features for a questionnaire have been examined. The answers of questionnaire which has been designed via Scale of Work Life Quality of Nursing and Scale of Leave of Job Intention have been analyzed with SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) 20 packet program. After data coding, complementing statistical analysis, socio-demographic features and working conditions have been taken into consideration. For categorical variables, chi-square test has been used; as for the independent groups, t-test or Mann-Whitney U test has been preferred and with the help of those, the balance of variables with normalcy hypothesis has been controlled; additionally statistically meaningful differences have been tested in terms of continuous variables. When the relationship between the total scale scores of sub-dimensions and the total scores of two scales has been examined, correlation analysis has been used and Pearson correlation factor has been displayed. As for the determination of risk factors for the intention of leave of job, Logistic Regression Analysis has been performed. At the end of the study, it has been concluded that work life quality has an effect on the intention of leave of job for nurses.
