Abstract (EN)

The Qur'an removed the variety of censured marriage in that common uneducated Arabic society and accepted only the "marriage of baule" that woman is valuable. According to the Qur'an father's second wife is considered as one's mother. In addition kinship for sucking milk, in prohibition to marriage, is like kinship genealogy. Qur'an gave permession of the Polygomy of having four women, but refused to gather two sisters under one marriage contract. In this way unlimitted marriage among the uneducated Arabic community was restricted by the Qur'an.The Qur'an forbade of the marriage with polytheist, but muslim can marry a woman of the scripture. A woman has got the night of dowry. Father and other ancestors can not take it from woman without her permession as the uneducated Arabic society. The man's liberty about sexual relations was restricted. The sexual relation has been forbidden to anal intercourse by the Qur'an in all situations. Islam agreed about marriage festival with uneducated Arabic but removed adopted child instution. The person who would like to adopt a child could marry the woman whose adopted child divorced.
