Abstract (EN)
The research is planned as descriptive and descriptive in order to determine strategic human resources management practices according to the new generation. The aim of this research is to examine strategic human resource management practices according to the new generation. Within the scope of the literature review, information on strategic human resources management and generations was given. In the application stage of the study, the findings obtained within the scope of the field research were evaluated. The universe of the study consisted of working in the financial sector in Turkey. In the study, 397 participants were reached by using the sampling method. The surveys were distributed under the Google Drive application and data was collected. The questionnaire was used as a data collection tool. The questionnaire forms consist of çeği Strategic Human Resources Management Scale ard and ına Strategic Human Resources Management Scale yönelik. As a result of the study, it has been determined that the perceptions of Y generation employees towards strategic human resource management are more negative than X generation employees.
