Abstract (EN)
Reputation, considered as one of the strategic resources of corporations, is a business asset that adds value to businesses and has long-term returns. Due to its increasing importance, reputation has become a subject of interest to academics in recent years. Customer value is based on the mutual value sharing of corporations with their customers and focuses on the necessity of managing each customer like other assets of the institution. The purpose of the research carried out in this direction is to examine the impact of reputation activities of businesses on the perceived value of the customers.
