In a world economy increasingly becoming more and more competitive, enterprises can only survive by providing their services with higher quality, faster, and cheaper. Enterprises can only achieve these seemingly conflicting priorities by becoming more flexible and utilizing the cutting edge technologies. Therefore, the customers' demand for higher quality and cheaper products necessitated enterprises to re-examine their strategic partnerships that are outside their abilities and capabilities.Logistical operations constitute an important part of the activities outsourced by enterprises. Outsourcing activities that are outside of an enterprise's core competencies to firms that have built expertise in those fields enables enterprises to operate more freely and focus fully on their core competencies that provide competitive advantage in their field.In the study of ''Outsourcıng Outsıde Logıstıcs Actıvıtıes of the Busıness : An Applıcatıon on the Regıonal Hazelnuts In Blacksea Area''shows that the hazelnuts companıes whıch are operatıng ın Blacksea, research objectives were to find out the reasons and the positive and negative results reached with this practice.
